6. I missed my package because I was not home to sign for it.
While we do not ship our orders with a signature required, sometimes UPS’s system will automatically over ride and require the driver to get a signature if there have been problems with stolen packages in the area. If you miss your package due to not being able to sign, please contact UPS directly at 1800-PICK-UPS. They can work with you on alternative methods of retrieving your package.
7. How big are the buckets?
It is hard for one to visualize the size of our cotton candy bucket. The easiest way for most people to understand is to put it in fluid ounces. Our 1.5 ounce bucket is 32 fluid ounces while our 3 ounce bucket is 85 fluid ounces.
8. Do you custom print buckets?
We do custom print buckets, however the quantity minimums are very large. We encourage our customers to customize our buckets with circular stickers that can be placed on the top of the bucket, which has no print.
9. What is the shelf life of your cotton candy?
Stored in the right conditions, our cotton candy buckets can last up to nine months. Store the cotton candy away from heat and sunlight as well as moisture. To extend the shelf life even longer, we recommend refrigerating the cotton candy.
10. Do you ship overnight?
Due to cargo planes not being pressurized, we do not ship by air. This will cause all the air to be sucked out of the cotton candy. We only ship by UPS ground.
11. Can I mix a case?
We do not offer mixed cases due to production costs. All cases must be ordered one color to a case.
12. Do you offer volume discounts?
