1. When should I place my order?
You should order with enough time to account for processing and shipping. We do not make orders ahead of time, so please plan two to three days for processing of your shipment as well as transit times. Also, plan for any problems that could arise from the shipper such as not being home for the package. We are not responsible for missed events due late orders. 2. How do I track my package?
All orders will generate a tracking number that will be sent via e-mail once the package is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, your order has not shipped.

3. Why is shipping so much?
While our boxes of cotton candy are not very heavy, they are large. We use the largest boxes allowed by shipping companies that do not get hit with an oversize charge, thereby reducing the shipping costs. As always, it may save you a few dollars to ship to a business address rather than a residential address.

4. How do I find out the shipping costs?
To find out shipping costs, simply select the product or products that you would like to purchase and enter in your information in the checkout process. It will provide you with the shipping costs before you have to enter your payment information.

5. I received a tracking number but I have not received my package.
If you have received your tracking number but have not received your package, try tracking the package through UPS. If there is an exception, you may want to call UPS directly at 1800-PICK-UPS. Once we ship the product, we do not have control over the package and you will receive quicker more accurate information by going through the shipper.
